We're so confident you’ll love The Meltdown Miracle that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.
There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Meltdown
Miracle at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:
1. Your proof of purchase of
The Meltdown Miracle from JaneLarcombe.com.
2. Completion of the full The Meltdown Miracle (verifiable by JaneLarcombe.com).
You must lodge your claim within the first 30 days of purchasing The Meltdown
Miracle. For example, if you purchased on 1 March 2024, add 30 days and the date would be 31 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 31st of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.
1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.
2. All currency references means US dollars.
3. JaneLarcombe.com reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. JaneLarcombe.com has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. JaneLarcombe.com reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by JaneLarcombe.com to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. JaneLarcombe.com has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. If a claim is approved,
JaneLarcombe.com will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
